Uniform Order Form

If you are NOT bringing your camper to Camp, please fill out this form by May 15th to order your uniforms.

Uniforms will be at camp on Opening Day of each session. We will have the “store” set up in the dining room at each camp, and you and your camper can come in and get the correct sizes of t-shirts, polo shirts for Sunday wear, sweat pants, and/or hooded sweatshirts at that time. The Camp Moms will be there to help find sizes and record your purchases in your camper’s account.

There will also be a limited number of used uniforms available at that time, for half price.
