Camp Newfound-Owatonna — a camp for Christian Scientists located on the shores of beautiful Long Lake in Harrison, Maine — is conducting a search for our next Executive Director.
We are seeking a visionary leader who will carry forward our mission to provide a joyful, uplifting camp experience, grounded in the teachings of Christian Science. The ideal candidate will be a proven relationship builder with strong leadership and organizational management skills, a love for camp, and a heartfelt commitment to supporting spiritual growth in children, teens, families, and staff.
The Executive Director role offers an exciting opportunity to guide a vibrant, year-round organization with a cherished 100-year history. This leader will serve as the primary steward of our mission, culture, and community — working closely with a dedicated Board of Trustees, a talented seasonal and year-round staff team, and a broad network of alums, parents, donors and other friends.
