In this class, Monica will lead participants in a variety of vocal exercises and theatre games to support freedom of expression through song. We will play with familiar tunes – such as Broadway musicals and possibly other musical genres – in groups, duets, and/or solos with an emphasis on communication and vocal freedom. Students will come away from this class with a fresh understanding of what it means to sing and move freely both on and offstage. No prior experience is required.
