Welcome to Camps Newfound/Owatonna!
Camps Newfound (for girls) and Owatonna (for boys) are located side-by-side on Long Lake in Harrison, Maine. Campers between the ages of 7 and 16 come from all over the country and abroad and regularly attend the Christian Science Sunday school in their hometowns. Counselors and staff members are all Christian Scientists. The camp program is well-rounded and features waterfront activities like swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, waterskiing and wakeboarding. Land activities include ropes, climbing, archery, tennis, team sports, arts and crafts, and overnight backpacking, day-hiking, canoeing, sea-kayaking and sailing trips.
