Drawing with Soul and Confidence Apply Now
ALEX COOKSeptember 10-16
This class will be a study of the art of seeing and mark-making. We will look closely at the way we are seeing our landscape and the things around us. Then, using marks we will make records, impressions, and ultimately, finished drawings that reflect what we see. We will take a close look at things like: composition, rendering light and shadow, and making confident marks. You will grow, not only in your ability to draw, but in your ability to see! Please bring drawing pencils, charcoal, erasers, paper, and any other drawing materials you like to use. All skill levels are warmly welcomed!
This class would be nice to combine with painting, but not required.
